well wow! Ive got a little tear on my cheek right now, it was the whale that did it. Its just such a beautiful innocent baby blue color - the whole atmosphere seems to convey something similar yet that's all opposed by with those painfully lonely moans (of the whale) and the childrens' tale. (It also makes me recall memories of the doctor who episode with the space whale!)
decent story between the kids, but for me, i just saw clip of two little "children" people with little impact in the real world - going about there daily lives. Oblivious to what was really important. That which was that thing beneath their feet, the real lost soul of the short. I took that ending were it actually pulls the rock against the wind (fantastic imaginary) as a sign that here was a creature defying all in search of goal that even after this story - STILL - escapes us all, perhaps the poor creature itself doesn't know why or where only that it must. I would have loved a change in weather, but heck, Bravo- love it!
